Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using Zuph, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Zuph is a weekly planning app with voice input, task scheduling, reminders, and optional calendar sync. It is operated by Trinity Wellness LLC.

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of consent in your location).
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• Sign-in is provided through Apple, Google, or email, and their respective terms apply.

• Zuph offers an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store.
• Billing is handled by Apple, not by Trinity Wellness directly.
• If a free trial is offered, its duration is shown at sign-up. Trials auto-renew into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Invite codes grant complimentary access for a limited time and are not a subscription purchase.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies.
• You can restore previous purchases using the in-app “Restore Purchases” button.

You agree not to:

• Abuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data through automated means.

• Your voice is processed to generate tasks. Output may be imperfect — you are responsible for reviewing tasks before relying on them.
• Zuph does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. It is a planning tool only.

• The app and its content are owned by Trinity Wellness LLC.
• You retain ownership of the task content you create.

• The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee any particular productivity outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trinity Wellness LLC’s total liability arising from your use of Zuph is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

• You can delete your account at any time using the in-app account deletion option.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [your state], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
