This Privacy Policy explains how Zuph handles your information. By using Zuph, you agree to the practices described here.

3. What we do not do
- No advertising tracking (our privacy manifest declares NSPrivacyTracking: false).
- No selling of personal data.
4. Third-party services
We rely on the following providers to operate Zuph:
- Supabase — auth, database, server functions
- OpenAI — voice transcription / task extraction (audio/text sent for processing)
- Apple — Sign-In, subscriptions, push notifications (APNs)
- Google — optional sign-in
- RevenueCat — subscription management
- Expo — push notification delivery
5. Permissions
- Microphone & speech recognition — record your weekly plan by voice
- Calendar — optionally add tasks to your calendar (only when you choose)
- Notifications — task reminders
- Photo library — only if you choose to attach an image; not required for core use
6. How long we keep data
- Active account: retained while you use the app.
- Account deletion: your data is deleted via the in-app delete account flow — week plans, push tokens, app state, and your auth record.
7. Your rights
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.
- How to delete: use the in-app account deletion option.
- How to cancel a subscription: Apple ID → Subscriptions (not through Zuph directly).
- If you are a California resident (CCPA) or in the EU/EEA (GDPR), you have additional rights including access, portability, deletion, and the right to object. Contact us to exercise them.
8. Children
Zuph is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Zuph after changes means you accept the updated policy. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
